Dr. Brad Burke

Dr. Brad Burke is the Medical Director at Flawless Med Spa & IV Lounge. He specializes in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and has a background in administering Botox for therapeutic purposes in patients with spasticity and other muscular conditions.
He lives in Metamora with his wife Erin and three children, and is also an author of the book series “An MD Examines.” His hobbies include playing hockey, slalom waterskiing, downhill skiing, and spending time with his family.

Erin Burke is a Physician Assistant with a diverse background in oncology including skin cancer treatment, urgent care provider, and orthopedics. While in medical school, she also worked as a personal trainer, enabling clients to reach their fitness goals. She opened her own Medical Aesthetics practice in 2023 in Metamora, and then brought her skills to unite two separate businesses into Flawless Med Spa & IV Lounge, being able to give patients services in Aesthetics, weight management, and wellness.
She lives in Metamora with her husband Dr. Burke and their three children, and enjoys the hobbies of slalom waterskiing, downhill skiing, running, and playing sports with her kids.
Pamela DeWitte

Pamela DeWitte graduated from St. Clair County Community College in 2003, with her certificate in practical nursing. Following graduation, she worked in long term care and family practice. In 2012, she completed her associate’s degree in nursing. She has been working as a registered nurse for the last four and a half years in an outpatient infusion center. This enabled her to become an expert in IV therapy.
In 2019, Pamela’s path to the health and wellness industry began when IV Lounge Inc was founded. “I have truly found my passion and love working within the Lapeer Community. My goal is to make each and every individual that walks into our clinic to meet their personal goals and empower them to take charge of their own healthcare.”
Penny Turner

Penny Turner became a Registered Nurse in June of 2011. She began her career as a hospital nurse, before moving on to public health, and then spending 10 years in oncology/hematology, where she worked in IV infusions and navigation for cancer patients. She is also a health focused, local small business owner, dedicated to getting her community outdoors, moving their bodies and fueling up with healthy nutritional options.
She lives in Lapeer with her husband. Together they have 5 children and 7 grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, biking, hiking, and spending time on the lake with their family.

Sara is a Registered Nurse with over five years of clinical experience and more than a decade in the medical field. With a strong foundation in emergency medicine, she brings a high level of skill, precision, and compassion to every aspect of patient care. For the past two years, she has been proudly serving patients at the IV Lounge inc. and is thrilled to now be part of the Flawless Med Spa and IV Lounge team. Her passion lies in helping individuals enhance their health, wellness, and confidence through customized care. She is undoubtedly dedicated to helping our clients look and feel their absolute best—glowing from the inside out.
